Per Håvard Skiaker Mælen

Mr. Per Haavard Skiaker Maelen brings with him over two decades of experience in the FMCG and investment banking sectors. He is the Senior Vice President and Investment Director of Orkla ASA. He also serves as the Chairman and Director of Health and Sports Nutrition Group HSNG AB and as a Director on the Boards of Orkla Asia Holding AS, Orkla Food Ingredients AS and Orkla Investeringer AS.
He was previously associated with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and UBS. Since 2011, he has worked for Orkla ASA in various roles, including leading mergers and acquisitions and business development, supporting Orkla ASA’s subsidiaries in executing transactions across its various businesses.
He holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the European Business School, London.
