Sanjay Sharma

Sanjay Sharma is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has been associated with it since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune. In his role, he provides strategic leadership and is responsible for driving the Company’s overall vision, growth agenda, and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, the Company expanded its presence in India through the acquisition of Eastern Condiments in 2021 and has also transformed into a publicly listed entity in 2025. With close to four decades of experience in the consumer products and food industry, he has held various positions with organizations including the IFFCO group, Dabur India Limited, Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited, Hindustan Ciba-Geigy Limited, Voltas Foods and Beverages Limited and Voltas Limited, building extensive expertise in marketing, strategy, growth, and business leadership.
